Pernille Leschly Halle is creative director and designer of Style Butler.
Born into a family of fashion designers, she was always interested in the process of making clothes. In 2004 she decided to give a voice to her creative streak. She started a women’s fashion label to express her perception of style and serve women with elegant pieces made from the highest quality fabrics.
Pernille started out working with cashmere, drawn to the sensuous touch and feel of the luxury fabric, At the same time, she developed her own signature silk collection that’s since become the DNA of Style Butler, combining luxury, feminine elegance with comfort.
Achieving international recognition, Pernille last year received the honour as 1 of 3 “Danish Entrepreneur of the year in China”.
Most of the Pernille’s inspiration comes from her extensive travels around the world as well as art, music, cinema, and of course, women. She also finds influence in her cosmopolitan lifestyle in Shanghai where she currently resides with her family.
Style Butler was first born in late 2004 out of Dane Pernille Leschly Halle’s desire to create beautiful, unique and exclusive women’s clothing. Not long after, her sister Cathrine Alva- Jørgensen joined her in the venture, and the first Style Butler collection launched in 2005.
Within no time Style Butler had a growing popularity in Europe receiving attention from customers, press, celebrities and royalty alike.
Initially, designer and creative director Pernille focused on creating “Must Have” fashion stables in cashmere as well as the popular Style Butler signature seamless silk collection. However, met with high customer demand, she soon expanded the line to a full ready-to-wear collection that is available six times a year.
Today, Style Butler is sold to luxury retailers in more than 18 countries around the world.
The reputation for creating beautiful collections have only been confirmed by international magazines naming Style Butler an emerging brand to watch.
